Paul Morquecho

Paul Morquecho started his career acting at the Covina Valley Playhouse, where he was well received as Pedro in "The Man of La Mancha"; The Ghost of Christmas Present in "A Christmas Carol"; and in his portrayal of various vignette roles in Stud Terkel's musical
"Working".

Although he was involved in various cover bands in between his playhouse gigs, he found that writing and playing his own music was more rewarding. Paul slowly emerged into the film scene in late 2005, and, in between various commercials for the History channel and Levi's Strauss, he played in supporting roles for independent and student films.

Paul's best credit to date will be in the movie BEOWULF by Robert Zemeckis. He will be credited as a scanned actor as the whole movie is computer generated. He loves the horror genre. His first full-length horror movie, NIGHT OF THE DEAD, was well received at many independent horror movie festivals, and received awards for best special effects. Paul enjoyed working with Bob Canode on SOUL KILLER as well as all of the other key actors in the film, and is looking forward for its release. He is currently working on a new self-propelled project, which is a combination of music and stand-up comedy, which will air on the internet this Christmas 2007.
